- "2nd edition. Copper engraving, later hand colouring .Engraved by W.H.Toms. Overall size in sand mount : 28.8cms.x 30.3cms.approx. Image size : 145mm.x 158mm.approx. Imperceptible centre fold, as published. The panel on the left lists major towns in each county with details of market and fair days. Cropped at top so smidgen backing board visible top right and left; remnants of hand drawn pencil lines to compass rose else good condition. . Badeslade was a surveyor and engineer involved in waterway improvement schemes, as well as an accomplished draughtsman. The map has text describing towns, fairs and markets down the side of the map and also details how many members of Parliament are sent by each area."
