Central crease as published, this central crease is lighter than the surrounding area, there is a brown circular stain in the right margin and the sheet edgesa are browned; two specks of thinner paper when held up to the light, but not holes;Stunning and detailed map with two plans of Kingston Harbour and Port Antonio and St Franceis below in nice condition not withstanding the above. Old ink number top right margin Emanuel Bowen (1714-1767) was mapmaker to King George II and Louis XV (France), and his most distinguished work is the System of Geography from which this map came. His output was prolific and he produced several English county atlases, in some of which he was assisted by his son Thomas. Despite this commercial success ill-health and impecuniosity dogged both father and son, the latter dying in Clerkenwell Workhouse.

In the UK, now, we send either by recorded or registered delivery so that the parcels are trackable - we are happy to send to a work address but please add the name of the organisation or the Post Office will not deliver the parcel.
We will send out parcels within two days of receiving the all clear from the online banking services. Parcels should arrive within 2 to 3 days in the U.K. and within 21 days elsewhere. In the rare and unfortunate case that damage does occur in transit all packaging must be kept.
