Listed below are our shipping costs for delivery of our antique maps and prints to customers around the world. All items are carefully packaged to protect them from possible damage. The flat parcels are carefully packed with a layer of hardboard below and a layer of mountcard on top and wrapped in brown paper. Purchase more than one item in a single transaction to make a saving!
In the UK, now, we send either by recorded or registered delivery so that the parcels are trackable – we are happy to send to a work address but please add the name of the organisation or the Post Office will not deliver the parcel. The flat parcels are carefully packed with a layer of hardboard below and a layer of mountcard on top and wrapped in brown paper.
We will send out parcels within two days of receiving the all clear from the online banking services. Parcels should arrive within 2 to 3 days in the U.K. and within 21 days elsewhere. In the rare and unfortunate case that damage does occur in transit all packaging must be kept.
Should you wish to return an item, as per your legal rights, you may return the item free of charge (within 7 days of receipt) by emailing us – this applies to the U.K. only. Abroad, please post back and we will refund you. In all areas, the items must return in the same condition as when we sent them to you.
