Original pen and ink drawing of Presteigne main street, dated bottom left 1882 and signed HH Jones (the Jones is clear the initials are open to interpretation). The label on the back of the frame stated that the picture was entitled,'Presteigne' sadly the label is now lost. There is some virtually invisible repair to foreground of street, see image of back of picture. Overall size in off white fully conservation grade mount and back with decorative v groove: 47.6cms x 38.9cms; image size: 322mm x 229mm. Unique item.
